Mics yes. Stage mics, Soundboard patch, Video are OK with band permission.
Guest performances by other artists will be governed by that artist's policy.
All recordings are authorized for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized sale is strictly forbidden. All group and individual member performances are the exclusive property of Triple Fret Productions. All rights reserved.
On 9/13/04, Mike Babyak sent the following email granting the archive permission:
Dear etree folks,
I understand that I'll need to contact you to give permission for my shows to be uploaed and shared on the archive.
Please consider this email permission from the band.
While I'm at it, please consider this permission for all shows that involve any of my current bands: Shape Shifters, Howling Dog Theory, or Mike Babyak and Friends.
